We depend on your registration fee to pay for the campsite rental, order food, and arrange for staff. Because of this we have established a cancellation policy that we feel to be fair and equitable for all parties involved.
Cancellations occurring any time after a payment has been made by credit card or paypal will incur a minimum 5% processing fee.
Cancellations occurring up to two weeks prior to the beginning of camp will be charged a $50 processing fee. Cancellations occurring from two weeks prior to camp will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations the day of camp, and no-shows will receive 50% of their tuition payment. Refund checks will be sent within two weeks after the completion of camp.
