What to Bring

Bring a yoga mat (if you intend to do yoga), a cushion or floor chair,
bedding, alarm clock, toiletries, two towels, flashlight with extra batteries, sunglasses, bug repellent, earplugs, a notepad and pen, a water
bottle(s) with your name on it, snacks, and musical instruments. *

* This is not meant to imply that you will be able to sit in with the
musician’s circle during dances and zikr, though there will be other opportunities for you to share your musical gifts with others.

Be prepared for a variety of weather changes. Bring rain gear, perhaps a
windbreaker, an umbrella and some warmer clothing for the evenings and early mornings. Other items to include are sandals, crocks or boots, walking shoes for nature hikes, and plenty of cool clothing such as shorts,
dresses, skirts and lightweight shirts. Keep in mind that you will need
comfortable clothing that serves you well in both sitting and moving.
You might want a sarong to wear for the Healing Temple and showers.

Consider bringing something a little dressier for our evenings if you wish. Evening programs in general are a fun time to dress up in accordance with your creative inclinations.

Please also remember to bring something special to donate to our Silent Auction.

If you live on Maui, we suggest that you bring your own plate, bowl and
utensils for our last Thursday night dinner and Friday breakfast, as we
start to pack up our dishes on Thursday afternoon. Disposable plates and
 utensils will be available too.
